• THE JEKYLL ISLAND TOURNAMENT - March 15th-17th

  • VOLUNTEER PARENT DRIVERS NEEDED- Contact Kathy Webster if you are interested in being a driver. The drivers main responsibility will be to drive players to and from the Jekyll tournament games and restaurants. 
  • Rooming list is due by February 14th!
    • Make hotel reservations at the Sea Palms Inn and the dates to reserve rooms are Thursday, March 15th and Friday, March 16th. 
    • The hotel price for the team and for yourself is $89.00 plus 12% tax.

• 2012 Booster Club dues are due by the evening of our opening banquet. See attached parent letter for details.

Fundraisers

SPONSERSHIPS PROGAM DETAILS You may sponsor our soccer programs in three different ways. Details provided.
OURFUND US CAMPAIGN This is an online letter writing campaign that has been very successful for other sports at Kell, and other schools.  North Gwinnett made almost $20K for their soccer program last year.  To make it work, we need a working email address from a parent of every player/manager in the program.  Once we have that, they will get an email telling them how to set up their individual page (just add a couple of personal pictures), and how to enter email addresses that will get the letter.  We are asking each player to use 15 email addresses of family & friends (NOT school friends) who they think might be willing to donate to the program on that player's behalf.  We will keep the fundraiser open for about 6 weeks.
