Concession Stand Volunteers

Please arrive 45 minutes before the first game and 15 minutes before the second game.   Second game volunteers need to plan on staying 30 - 45 minutes after the second game to shut everything down and do the necessary clean-up.

Volunteers Needed

Eachyear we we lose "veteran" volunteers due to graduation so we always need new recruits to step up.  As this season gets underway we encourage members to take active roles in learning the various operations we manage.   And we need you to step up now in order to learn the ropes.   Board positions cycle annually and we need to have successors lined up well before the end-of-season banquet. In the short term we would like to train a few volunteers how to run the press box during games.  No experience required.  Duties include announcing, time and score keeping, and a few misc other simple tasks.  If this is of interest, contact any board member or just come up to the press box during any home game. 

Kell Spectators

Please spend 5 minutes picking up trash from the bleachers at the conclusion of each game.  The concession stand and press box volunteers have 30 - 45 minutes of clean-up ahead of them while everyone else goes home so please pitch in and do your part.  General reminders will be announced during and after the games but let's lead by example.  With lacrosse and soccer sharing the facility we need to be sure we leave the stadium in respectable shape for the next event.
